Acceptable Use Policy

Important Notice: This Acceptable Use Policy protects Vision Logiq intellectual property, methodologies, websites, assessment systems, War Room materials, training assets, and digital infrastructure. It applies to all visitors, leads, prospects, clients, vendors, contractors, partners, and users.

1. Purpose

This Policy establishes acceptable and prohibited uses of Vision Logiq websites, landing pages, funnels, assessment systems, diagnostic tools, videos, documents, proposals, reports, portals, dashboards, CRM systems, training programs, and proprietary methodologies.

2. Protection of Vision Logiq Intellectual Property

Vision Logiq invests substantial resources into the development of proprietary systems, frameworks, processes, training programs, strategic methodologies, diagnostic engines, scoring systems, campaign structures, automation workflows, AI frameworks, and War Room processes.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, deconstruct, replicate, adapt, imitate, publish, license, sell, transfer, disclose, or create derivative works based on Vision Logiq intellectual property without prior written authorization.

3. No Competitive Intelligence Use

Competitors, agencies, consultants, software providers, lead generation companies, marketing vendors, and similar organizations may not use Vision Logiq resources for benchmarking, competitive analysis, cloning, reverse engineering, intelligence gathering, strategic extraction, or replication purposes.

4. Assessment Systems and Diagnostic Tools

Users may not manipulate, scrape, extract, duplicate, reproduce, publish, distribute, or train artificial intelligence systems using Vision Logiq assessment tools, scoring systems, calculators, opportunity gap engines, or diagnostic frameworks.

5. AI and Machine Learning Restrictions

No Vision Logiq content, methodologies, prompts, workflows, assessments, reports, videos, presentations, documentation, frameworks, or proprietary materials may be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, retrieval system, recommendation engine, or automated decision-making system without express written authorization.

6. Website and System Security

Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, test vulnerabilities, interfere with services, inject malicious code, overload systems, perform denial-of-service activities, harvest credentials, scrape data, automate unauthorized requests, or otherwise compromise Vision Logiq infrastructure.

7. Confidential and Strategic Materials

Proposals, audits, strategy sessions, War Room reviews, campaign structures, pricing information, planning documents, reports, recommendations, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies are confidential. Such materials may not be shared with third parties, competing agencies, vendors, consultants, contractors, or AI systems without written authorization.

8. Client Portal and Dashboard Access

Where access is granted to dashboards, portals, analytics systems, reporting platforms, or training environments, users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and preventing unauthorized access. Sharing credentials without authorization is prohibited.

9. Misuse of Content

You may not republish Vision Logiq articles, videos, graphics, training materials, page layouts, sales messaging, assessment content, or strategic frameworks as your own work. Attribution alone does not create permission.

10. Enforcement Rights

Vision Logiq reserves the right to suspend access, terminate services, disable accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, pursue legal remedies, seek injunctive relief, enforce intellectual property rights, and recover damages arising from misuse of Vision Logiq resources.

11. California Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provisions contained within the Vision Logiq Master Services Agreement and Terms of Use.
